The follow-up to 2021's Blue Banisters is titled Did You Know That There's A Tunnel Under Ocean Blvd.
The 37-year-old singer-songwriter's upcoming ninth album is set to drop on March 24, 2023.
The title track was released as the lead single on December 7, 2022.
