MAHASISWA PRESMA UNJA VIRAL JAMBI
An immoral video with the title 'Enak Yank' which allegedly involves the former Student President (Presma) of Jambi University (Unja) is becoming a topic of conversation among the academic community and the Jambi community. The 1 minute 24 second video has been widely circulated on various social media.
Based on searches on a number of social media, the video shows a pair of young people committing immoral acts in a room which is thought to be a women's boarding room, as seen by the presence of dolls and pink blankets. There is a conversation where the man asks 'is it delicious, isn't it?' and the woman answered 'it's delicious'. The sentence 'we're crazy to sweat, bro' also went viral.
Even though there has been no official confirmation, information is circulating that the video is not just one but more than one video with varying lengths. The total number varies, some say 3 videos, 5 videos, even 8 videos.
Unja immediately responded quickly to the news. Vice Chancellor for Student and Alumni Affairs, Dr. Fauzi Syam emphasized that the university had not received an official report regarding the identity of the perpetrator in the video, who was thought to be an Unja student or alumni.
"There have also been no reports from the faculty of the student concerned. Are they Unja students who are still actively studying, or Unja students who have graduated," he explained on Friday 17 May 2024, via Jambi Ekspres media.
Dr. Fauzi admitted that he would investigate the truth of the video more deeply. If it is proven that the perpetrator is an active Unja student, then strict sanctions in the form of coaching will be imposed on the person concerned.
